Our Mission
We are excited to be collaborating with KWTN 100.9 FM - The Big Voice Radio, the official radio station of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, to help bring underrepresented voices to the airways and streaming platforms. Our vision is to become a well-established Native broadcasting service for entertainment, news, and communication.
The Team
Bethani Redhorn, aka DJ Bessami, is an enrolled member of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. DJ Bessami is one of the fewer Native women working in radio/communications in the Midwest region. She is versatile and loves being creative. Trisha Rivers is also an enrolled member of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. She initially help create the Indigified podcast in 2022. Indigified offered an array of topics from chasing dreams to learning about credit to talking about social justice issues. She is excited to be back and to continue building off of previous work.
